Reset Windows Password
Follow this guide to change your server password.
- Connect to your dedicated machine using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) or via Console on the control panel. Please refer to this guide if this is your first time using RDP.
- Click on the Windows Icon.
- Type in Change your password.
- Click on it when it appears in the search menu.
- It will then bring up the following screen. Select the option Change under the password section.
- A pop-up will appear asking for credentials. Please enter your existing Administrator password as we are resetting the password for the user we are actively logged into.
- Upon clicking Next, you will be asked to enter a new password twice and a hint. Once done, hit enter. Your password should now be changed.
