- Login to the Client Area.
- Navigate to your account’s security settings.
- Select Click here to Enable
- A popup will appear prompting you to select your desired Two-Factor Authentication method. We currently only support Time Based Tokens. Click the Get Started button.
- A popup will prompt you to connect to a authenticator app. In this guide, we will be using Duo (App Store). Scan the QR code or enter the code manually into your authenticator app. It will now prompt you will a code that you enter into the Enter authentication code field. Then, click Submit.
- Once you have enter the authentication code from your authenticator app, you will see the following success screen. Make sure to save your backup code. If you cannot log in with a generated code, you’ll be prompted to enter the backup code to access your client area account.
Make sure to keep your backup code somewhere safe in the event you cannot complete two-factor authentication.
