- Connect to your Linux machine via your choice of SSH client. We recommend Termius. Please refer to this guide if this if your first time using an SSH client.
- Once connected to your dedicated machine via SSH, please type the following command in. This will prompt you to reset the password for the current user you are logged into. Please note that your new password will be hidden when you enter it.
passwd
- Once verified the new password, you should be all set.
