Getting Access To Our Firewall/Filter Manager
Follow this guide to obtain access to the Hosturly Firewall/Filter Manager
Currently, we do not support single-sign on for the firewall/filter manager, so you need to request access from our Client Relations Team.
Requesting Access:
- Navigate to submit a support ticket below:
- Under “Message,” input something along the lines of:
Hi Hosturly Team, I would like to request access to the Hosturly Firewall/Filter Manager. Thanks! Best regards, [Your Name]
- Submit ticket
Next Steps:
- After submitting a ticket, a member of our Client Relations Team will fulfill your request.
- You will know that you have access to the firewall/filter manager when you receive a reply on your ticket and a separate email from our team. The email will look something like the following:
