- Login to the Client Area.
- Click on the Services.
- Select your the service you would like to cancel.
- On the left sidebar, select Request Cancellation.
- Fill out the following form. You can select to cancel your service Immediately or at the End of the billing period.
By submitting an immediate cancellation, you will not be eligible to a refund of the remaining unused period.
- Once you have requested for cancellation you will see the following screen and receive the following email.
