Upgrade/Downgrade Service
Follow this guide to upgrade/downgrade your product. This only applies to web hosting plans. For all other services, please contact support.
- Login to the Client Area.
- Click on the Services.
- Select your the service you would like to cancel.
- On the left sidebar, click Upgrade/Downgrade.
- You will be able to see your current plan and other plans that are available for an Upgrade or Downgrade. Make sure the new plan has enough resources for what is being used at the current moment, or else you will have further issues.
- Once you select the plan you would like to Upgrade/Downgrade to, you will be brought to checkout to finish the Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Once you select Checkout and have successfully finished the checkout process, you will see the following screen and receive the following email.
- The upgrade/downgrade takes place automatically after payment. If you are currently using more than the allocated plan limits, you will be forced to upgrade, so make sure before downgrading that you are within the new plan resource limits.
