Connect to Linux VPS

Overview

If on Windows, proceed to the If on Windows Operating System section of this guide.

If on MacOS, proceed to the If on MacOS section of this guide.

If on Windows Operating System:

1. Download a SSH client. We recommend Termius.

2. Once downloaded, start Termius.

3. Click + New Host.

4. Fill in the Address field with the IP Address given in the client area or the email after ordering.

5. Fill in the Port field with 22.

6. Fill in the username with root.

7. Fill in the password with the one used when ordering or refer to the email sent after ordering.

8. Then, click the —> to save the host.

9. Lastly, click on the box that has the nickname or IP of your VPS.

10. You are now connected! Enjoy the VPS!

If on MacOS:

1. Download a SSH client. We recommend Termius.

2. Once downloaded, start Termius.

3. Click + New Host.

4. Fill in the Address field with the IP Address given in the client area or the email after ordering.

5. Fill in the Port field with 22.

6. Fill in the username with root.

7. Fill in the password with the one used when ordering or refer to the email sent after ordering.

8. Then, click the —> to save the host.

9. Lastly, click on the box that has the nickname or IP of your VPS.

10. You are now connected! Enjoy the VPS!
