Overview
If your own IP is blocked, proceed to the Own IP Block section of this guide.
If one of your users/clients has their IP blocked, proceed to the Other User Block section.
Own IP Blocked:
- Login to the Client Area.
- Click on the Services.
- Select your active web hosting service.
- Once you loaded into your web service, on the sidebar, select the Check Firewall Block.
- Select the Check Firewall Block button. This will now cross-reference your IP with our database. If found, it will notify you and prompt an unblock button.
- If your IP is blocked, you will see the following screen. To remove the block, click the Unblock button.
- Once unblocked, you will see the following screen.
Other User Block:
- Login to the Client Area.
- Click on the Services.
- Select your active web hosting service.
- Once you loaded into your web service, on the sidebar, select the Check Firewall Block.
- Click on the Search Client IP tab, then enter your client’s IP address. After you enter your client’s IP address, click the Search Client IP button.
- If your IP is blocked, you will see the following screen. To remove the block, click the Unblock button.
- Once unblocked, you will see the following screen.
